This Airbnb is one of the coolest Airbnb's we manage! A little backstory: Three years ago it came onto the market for sale and I thought I had the perfect buyer. Unfortunately he was new to Airbnb property management and decided to pass on it. Two years later, out of the blue, I got a call asking us about Airbnb property management. To my great surprise, it was the same place!!!
The Cozy Cottage Near Downtown is located just a quick step from downtown. It's surrounded by similarly styled cottages and its very well kept. You're walking distance to the park, greenbelt and a short bike ride from downtown.

This Airbnb is a great solution to multiple groups under one roof. There is a full bed and bath downstairs and a full bedroom and bath upstairs. It offers complete privacy for business travel or multiple families. There's a quaint fully stocked and functional kitchen. In addition to separate sleeping and bathroom spaces, there is a nice family room with a smart tv. If the weather is nice, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner under the shaded patio.
