We are looking for respectful and responsible tenants to apply to live at this newly remodeled triplex on the Boise Bench. 12 month + lease options available. Owner provides lawn care. Utiilities are included in monthly rent with a $100 utility charge to the tenants each month. A small dog (under 25 lbs) that does not bark or a cat is acceptable with a $100 deposit and $25 per month pet rent. The house has central heating and cooling, but the tenant may be responsible for providing supplemental cooling and heating as desired. There is 1 thermostat in the building, which is set and locked.
